Relish in a special French menu inspired by award-winning romantic drama The Taste of Things. The film explores the meaning and experience of food set in late 19th-century France, and diners will be transported to a modern day interpretation with an extraordinary menu from TRIO Palm Springs.

In this feast for lovers of splendid food and swoon-worthy romance, chef Eugénie (Juliette Binoche) and gourmet Dodin (Benoît Magimel) have worked side by side for decades, their growing feelings for each other reflected in the mouthwatering dishes they prepare.
