Security & Vehicle Credentials
As we get ready for the highly anticipated Palm Springs International Film Awards on Friday, January 2, 2026, we want to ensure a smooth and secure experience for all guests. To enhance security, ALL attendees will be required to provide vehicle credentials.
ALL vehicles MUST be credentialed to access the vicinity of the Palm Springs Convention Center. This requirement applies to everyone, including those using valet, self-parking, or being dropped off via rideshare or private driver. Please plan accordingly to avoid any delays.
Vehicle Credential
Pick-Up
Vehicle Credentials will be available for pick-up at the Palm Springs Convention Center in the Palm Grove Room. (Dates & Times to be provided closer to the event) A map of the location can be found on our Parking & Arrivals webpage, for your convenience. When you arrive at the Palm Grove Room, inform the Film Awards staff that you are there to pick up a vehicle credential, and they will assist you.
On the day of the event, you must have one of the three vehicle passes listed below:
- Valet
- Self-Park
- Drop-Off (this includes rideshare and chauffeured vehicles)

If you forget your Vehicle Credential
Vehicles without proper credentials will NOT be permitted into valet, self-parking, or drop-off areas until verification is completed. There will be no exceptions to this rule, so please ensure your vehicle is credentialed in advance to avoid unexpected delays.
Security Screening
All attendees will be required to pass through a security checkpoint. You will be asked to empty your pockets and open your purse.
